Asend is developed for a variety of athletic adventures. 100 calories per bottle per hour is a good starting point for most sweaty adventures. Since we use real fruit that is not overly sweet, you won’t get taste bud fatigue on all day adventures, and you can add more mix per bottle for higher intensity activities that require more calories and electrolytes without being overwhelmed by sweetness. We also do not feel drinking all your calories is right for everyone. Your stomach is like a traffic cop metering nutrients to your lower intestine where absorption happens. So bring that favorite cookie or energy bar, stop at on your your favorite coffee shop or local food truck. Athlete’s palates are unique, Asend allows you to customize your nutrition plan for your adventure.
