Chocolate Spice Smoothie Recipe

This might be the most simple breakfast smoothie of all time and possibly the tastiest one too! All you need are these simple ingredients, a blender of any kind and a really good to-go cup with the perfect straw. 
Ingredients:
  • 12 oz. Almond Milk (or your milk of choice)
  • 1 banana
  • 2 scoops Chocolate Spice Recovery

    Directions:
    • Throw all 3 ingredients into the blender (Jamey just uses a hand blender and blends it up in the cup he's planning to use)
    • Add your straw and enjoy on the go

      We have found that this is a great way to start your day, especially after a early morning yoga session. Enjoy ~
