This might be the most simple breakfast smoothie of all time and possibly the tastiest one too! All you need are these simple ingredients, a blender of any kind and a really good to-go cup with the perfect straw.
- 12 oz. Almond Milk (or your milk of choice)
- 1 banana
- 2 scoops Chocolate Spice Recovery
- Throw all 3 ingredients into the blender (Jamey just uses a hand blender and blends it up in the cup he's planning to use)
- Add your straw and enjoy on the go
